Our Purpose
- To provide a quality real estate referral company that serves both its agents and the people who trust them. Our agents earn referral commissions by helping their friends and family find a qualified real estate agent to assist them buy or sell property.

How it Works
- If you are a Missouri real estate agent, but do not actively sell real estate, we can hold your real estate license. As an agent with our company, you can refer friends, family and current clients to full-time agents who will assist them with the purchase or sale of real estate. You receive a referral commission from the agent. Your friends and family get the help they need!

What to Expect
- Our agents will generally negotiate a 25%* referral rate for most real estate transactions. You will receive 80% of this amount and Referral Solutions will receive the other 20%. For example, if you refer a client who buys a $250,000 home, with a buyer agent commission of 2.7%, you will receive $1,350. * Referral commission rates are negotiable between you and the agent you choose.

What are the Costs?
- The Missouri Real Estate Commission charges a $50 transfer fee ($100 for new agents) to move your Missouri license to Referral Solutions. Since you are a Missouri real estate licensee, but not a REALTOR, there are no dues or fees to any REALTOR® Associations, MLS, or SUPRA. Also, no national franchise fees! Referral Solutions charges $100 every TWO years. The initial fees will be pro-rated to your license renewal date of September 30th, 2024 (June 30th, 2026 for Broker renewals). In addition, there is a 80/20% split for each referral commission, with you keeping 80% and Referral Solution receiving 20%.

Referral Solutions
Referral Solutions is a sister company to RE/MAX Results. We hold Missouri real estate licenses for agents who are not actively selling real estate, but who would like to continue to receive commissions from referrals. If an agent’s license is in the referral company, they are still a licensee, but they are not a REALTOR®.
